The 45-seat Ruby Room serves a European style breakfast buffet from 7:00AM – 10:00AM
Monday – Friday and 8:30AM – 11:30AM Saturday and Sunday. They are open for dinner
and drinks from 4:00PM – 11PM Monday through Saturday and Sundays from 4:00PM – 8:00PM.
